Don't be cheap when looking for professionalism.
If your looking for someone or a service, its always best to go with word of mouth then the price (cheap). Remember sometimes it’s worth paying a bit more for a better service then less which is the long run costs more.
Also don’t think that because their ad say they are the best in their field they are good. Look at the testimonies and previous customers.

Professionalism or Cowboy's..,
Why is it that people think that they can get some at low cost. If your look for something and want great results then its worth getting some one professional but within your budget. Don’t go to some one because their can do it all at the cheap end, because afterwards you’ll be crying.
It’s always best to use someone based on word of mouth then Yellow Pages.

Divx Web Player for Mac
A guy called T: I know its late and should be hitting the sack but I wanted to mention do not install Divx Web Player on Mac OSX 10.6 its screws up Safari and you will end up unable to watch YouTube and the Quicktime. Please is a nightmare for novice Mac user to remove once its installed. On that note good time.

Social Housing does it work?
A guy called T: Does social housing work? I know there is a demand of housing as the population booms. But do we need to pay of all this, can it be managed correctly? So governments want to integrate people to live and work together. Sure it's a great idea problem is when something is give for free people take advantage and don't care whilst buying something with you hard working money regardless of the price you made means more and cared for.
A guy called T: Don't get me wrong their are those who do need social housing but we know most are just playing the system, hence why the new government has dropped a bomb on council budgets.., I say good.
A guy called T: Personally those whom get free social housing haven't worked for it and have everything paid by local government which we all know is paid by the tax payer US! Social housing doesn't work. Whilst the word which is going around free housing in UK is why everyone wants to come over to UK.., did I mention you can get free money which is called "benefit." The passing away of my grandfather..,
I don’t usually write about my personal life or my families on the web. But once I decided should on this case. My grandfather (my dad’s father) was a strong character and one with a temper. However those who knew him said his heart was a good one. He died yesterday morning and today is the day which we rest his body to peace on his grave.
